Flag Logistics is a Flagstaff-based transportation company specializing in regional hotshot and expedited freight delivery for small businesses. I helped establish and organize the company’s logistics operations, including equipment setup, route planning, and load management workflows. My role involved developing brand materials, creating the initial digital presence, and coordinating client outreach to build relationships with local businesses. I also assisted with operational systems such as rate tracking, load board integration, and documentation management to ensure efficient scheduling and compliance.
